I really love your move set. I enjoy making them and now I put them as the most important thing in my daily life. Some of them are difficult, not because of the pain, but because I don’t have a good connection between the mind and the location of the body: I am building it. Also, the Qi (energy) is weak in the core, so I have to do it very slowly and then rest a lot. However, that is already very good for me because I see lights and hope. Thanks, Matt. Yesterday I did it! I was right at the end of my routine when I intuitively began to rotate my pelvis very slowly back and forth.
