What are the Divi Seek Helper options?
As discussed so far, Divi Search Helper provides 65 new settings and lines to the current Seek Module integrated with Divi. Let’s dive into these options so you can get a broader idea of what you’ll be doing with them.
Please note: Recently, Divi Seek Helper no longer allows you to preview some of these options and settings in Visible Builder. Instead, PeeAye Inventive is ensuring these updates are available in long-term releases.
Improved search box design
Div Seek Helper provides a number of choices to make your search box stand out. You will be able to upload cool icons to make your search box stand out, or you will upload an icon to make it transparent, making it more intuitive for all customers. Divi Seek Helper also provides a wide range of customization choices, including the placeholder, box and box focus, font, and more than a few settings for text alignment, size, and top of line.
Changes to the Search button
Divi Seek Helper allows you to customize the Seek module button with more than a few settings. You will be able to choose the type of button to be an icon, text content, or both. You will also be able to replace the text content on the button to show something instead of searching. The plugin also allows you to show the button on the left or right and customize the appearance using the Divi design tab.
Make a selection Custom Send Order To show
One of the biggest benefits of Divi Seek Helper is its ability to display other types of submissions, such as posts, pages, leads, merchandise, or deals. Unlike the usual wordpress search, which displays effects from posts, pages, and excerpts, Divi Seek Helper means you can choose exactly what you want to incorporate. With this plugin, you’ll create custom search bars for specific spaces on your web page, such as your blog, a portfolio web page, or custom search effects pages. You’ll be able to further drill down into the search effects by specifying specific submission or challenge tags or classes, custom meta, or specific keyword standards.
Custom search effects settings
Divi Seek Helper provides search results in one of two ways: a search effect web page or an Ajax dropdown menu. There are also a few ways to customize how the search effects are displayed. Choices include the order of the search effects (published date, alphabetically, by relevance, or random), the number of effects to transform, and the pagination hyperlink text. As an added bonus, you can customize the title text of the search effects, whether or not to show results in a new tab, and whether or not to embed images. These options greatly enhance the usual wordpress search choices.
There are also numerous design settings available, including customizing the background, navigation links, spacing, scrollbar settings, and border.

Load the Divi Seek module on a web page
With the plugin installed, let’s take a look at what you’ll be doing with Divi Seek Helper. In this case, let’s say you want to create a search for a custom send sort called express. We’ll be using the Divi Assistant plugin (learn more here) to rename the initiatives send order to coffeeOnce your new mailing type is created, you will be able to perform a custom search for it!
We will upload a search to our homepage so other people can search for espresso. Enable Visible Builder and create a new segment. Next, select Search form.
Configure Divi Seek Module Content Settings
The Seek module has a number of settings to configure, so we’ll walk you through each step. Start with the Search the box workforce settings. Right here, you will configure the insertion placeholder from the default search period. You will also be able to choose an icon and its position.
THE Search Button Workforce settings contain options to show or hide the button, including custom text content, and to control the positioning of the button.
The next settings workflow, Seek Standards, lets you choose the content you want to show. In this case, we’ll choose coffee. You will be able to further specify the search key phrase standards, such as identify, extract, and content. There is also a custom meta piece, which allows you to upload custom meta keys separated by commas.
After all, the Seek Effects atmosphere workforce controls the approach of the search effects from two choices: Theme Builder search effects web page or Ajax search effects dropdown. Different parameters are provided for search effects sorting, choosing which effects in line with the web page to show, and pagination hyperlink text. You can also set a custom heading on the search bar and choose whether you want the search effects to be displayed in the same tab or a new tab. An interesting factor that you will do to make your search more dynamic is to turn images and titles into the effects. This is a good way to show visible content on your web page and catch attention.
Configure the Divi Seek module design settings
The Divi Seek module also has the usual design choices available in the Divi Builder. You will be able to assign colors to the fonts and icons in the search box and the button with them. You will also be able to keep an eye on the design settings for the search effects. Let’s take a look at each individual tab, in my opinion.
The Seek Box option controls the colors and fonts for the text content and border of the search box. The design choices are virtually unlimited, whether it’s the placeholder, the color of the text content of the box, or the font.
Similarly, the Seek button is fully customizable. With options for choosing the font, along with text size, letter spacing, and more, you’ll create search button types that actually stand out.
Ajax Reside Search Effects Dropdown Settings
Ajax search effects dropdown has 3 tab options: dropdown container, effects text content, and pagination. For the dropdown container, you have options for background color, padding, container shadow, border, and scrollbar.
The Consequences Text tab controls the font, color, and many other attributes.
Similarly, the layout tab allows you to customize text and dynamic content, as well as choose fonts and colors.
Reside Ajax Search Personal Effects Design Settings
Divi Seek Helper customers can also style the person who ends up in the Ajax dropdown. With choices for all effects, identify, extract, and value, you will effectively make your content distinctive. As with the other choices, all settings are customizable, including fonts, colors, and more. There are 5 tabs with choices, allowing you to easily compare your branding. Alternatively, you will have to preview the changes each time you set them, as most of them are not available in Visible Builder.
Once you have completed all the design settings, save your web page and think about your new search bar!
